Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
Pace Industries provides basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance at no additional cost to associates. While this is a company paid benefit, it is important that you complete a life insurance beneficiary form. Please log in to Workday to complete the life insurance beneficiary form.
Supplemental Life Insurance
Pace Industries also offers optional life insurance for our associates at an additional cost through Unum. Associates can purchase up to three (3) times their annual salary. Elections of 2x or 3x annual salary requires the completion of an Evidence of Insurability (EOI) form which must be received by Corporate Benefits prior to your benefit effective date. Dependent Life Insurances
Optional life insurance for an Associate’s dependents is available for an additional cost through Unum. Dependent life insurance covers an associate’s spouse and eligible dependent children on an individual basis. Login to Workday for the dependent life insurance rates.
