Who is Eligible?
You are eligible to enroll in the Pace Industries benefits if you are a regular, permanent, full-time associate scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week.
- As a regular, full-time associate, you are eligible for medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, life and AD&D, short term disability, long term disability, accident, critical illness and hospital insurance benefits on the first day of the calendar month following 30 days of employment.
- As a regular full-time associate, you are eligible for the 401(k) plan the first of the month following three months of employment.
